Our flagship clinic, the Lebanon Piece by Piece, opened its original doors in February 2019 in a much smaller space across town. Piece by Piece has made 110 Birchwood Drive its home since January 2020. It is conveniently located right off of I-65 North. It features a custom sensory gym, a large fenced-in outdoor playground with commercial playground equipment, and a variety of learning spaces for up to 35 learners.
