SCHOOL SERVICES

Shannon Conners, MA, BCBA, serves as the Director of School Services, leading a team of school-based RBTs across Hendricks County and surrounding areas while integrating Applied Behavior Analysis principles into classrooms to support meaningful, consistent success for students.
With more than 20 years of experience in ABA, she has served children and families across in-home, clinic, community, and school-based settings, and her work is driven by a passion for helping students reach their fullest potential and creating lasting, positive change for families.
Outside of her professional role, Shannon enjoys life with her husband, Daniel—a lieutenant with the Indianapolis Fire Department and member of Indiana Task Force 1—and their daughters. A dedicated and enthusiastic sports mom, she manages a busy schedule that includes two basketball teams, four soccer teams, gymnastics, track, and both middle school and collegiate cheerleading.
Shannon earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
