Meghann is an Indiana native and a true Boilermaker at heart. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia on a gymnastics scholarship and received a degree in Business-Administration. She got her start in ABA through a friend that told her to apply for a therapist position, due to her love for kids and her experience from being a para-professional at Klondike Elementary in West Lafayette, Indiana. Meghann received her master’s degree from Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis. Meghann has been in the field of ABA since 2013, working in a variety of clinics throughout Indiana. She also consults for companies doing in home and community therapy sessions and supervision of therapists in a variety of states such as Michigan, Oregon, Florida, and Ohio. Meghann has state licenses to practice behavior analysis in Oregon and in Ohio, as there is a shortage of Behavior Analysts and loves the many aspects of being a behavior analyst.

Meghann is excited to bring services to Lebanon, IN through Piece by Piece Autism Center. It has been a dream in the making to open up the clinic and provide services to children in need. She hopes to expand and offer occupational therapies, speech therapies, and physical therapies in the future. Meghann is married to Luke Mitchell and they love their dogs Mackey and Molly. Luke and Meghann live in Boone county, where they plan to expand their family in the years to come. Meghann loves sports and any good competition, loves to be with family and friends, and enjoys traveling to new and exciting places.

Lindsay received her B.A. in Psychology from Hanover College in 2008 and her M.A. in Special Education with Certifications in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2012.  Lindsay got her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) in May 2013.  Her personal interest in the ABA field began when her nephew received an autism diagnosis and has since developed into a professional interest.  Lindsay has over a decade of experience in the ABA/VB field and has worked under the direct supervision of some of the leaders in the field.  She loves watching her client's progress and celebrating their achievements.  Lindsay resides in Westfield with her husband, three kids, and their dogs and cat.

Ashley grew up in the Indianapolis area and attended Depauw University receiving  a degree in psychology. Upon graduation she wanted to combine her passion of psychology with her love of working with children and found out about Applied Behavior Analysis. Ashley has been working in the field since 2016 and has worked in multiple settings from clinics to school transitions. She received her Master’s Degree from Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Indiana. 


When she’s not working Ashley loves to spend her time traveling the world, baking, working out and reading. Ashley is thrilled to be a part of the community at Piece by Piece and excited to help provide a significant improvement in the lives of both the clients and their families ! 


Ashley Sipe


Tia grew up in the small town of Bunker Hill. She relocated to Indianapolis after receiving her B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University. After working in the field of ABA as a Behavior Tech for four years she decided to go back to school to become a BCBA. She received her M.A from Ball State University and got her BCBA in August 2019.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has one son that keeps her busy! She also enjoys running, traveling, and hiking.


Tia Jaenicke


Meredith Labrie has been a resident of Lebanon, Indiana for the last nine years. Meredith graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History in 2002. She graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in December of 2018. Meredith has been in the field of applied behavior analysis field since 2013 and currently holds a certification as a registered behavior technician. Meredith trained extensively at another center in Indiana where she received her 1500 hours of supervised independent fieldwork in order to sit for the BCBA exam this summer. She hopes to be a licensed board certified behavior analyst by the fall of 2019. Meredith is married to John Labrie and has three children. She has thirteen-year-old twins named Jake and Ava and a four-year-old named Luke. She decided to go into this field because her son, Jake, has non-verbal autism and she wanted to learn how to help him. After years of working with many different clients, with varying skill levels, she has developed a passion for this field of study and the dissemination of applied behavior analysis as a data and research-based science. Meredith looks forward to working with residents of Lebanon to ensure generalization of functional skills across all environments, including in the center and at home.

Dustie is a Registered Behavior Technician and pet mom. She is originally from Culver, Indiana, and moved to Indianapolis to get her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University- Purdue University Indianapolis in 2018. Dustie has been in the ABA field for three years and is pursuing her Master’s in ABA from Ball State University. She has a beautiful German Shepherd named Bruce and a mischievous cat named Poe who both bring her much joy. In her spare time, Dustie is an avid reader, a handy crafter, and loves creating things for herself as well as family and friends. Dustie looks forward to progressing through her education, growing in the field, and ultimately helping has many kids and their families as possible.

Kayla lives on the outskirts of Frankfort, IN and has been working in the ABA field for over three years. She attended Purdue University and obtained a Bachelors in Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences then attended Indiana University Kokomo for a Masters in Public Management and Health Administration. Kayla and her husband, Ross, welcomed their first daughter; Berklee in January of 2019. On the weekends her family enjoys camping, sporting events, and boating throughout the summer. Kayla enjoys cooking and photography in her spare time. She is excited to be joining Piece by Piece and bringing ABA services to her hometown!

Angel has been in the field of ABA for two and a half years. She has been a registered behavior technician for two years. Angel graduated from Lebanon High School in 2009. Angel has a four year old son named Wyatt. She enjoys crafting, cleaning, riding ATV's, taking motorcycle rides, and horse back riding with her son and family when she is not working. Angel is thrilled to work at Piece by Piece in her home town and serving the community she grew up in. Angel is excited to be a part of Piece by Piece and watch the growth of her clients.

Charlene got started in ABA at the suggestion of a family friend who understood her deep-rooted interest in psychology and behavior.  Charlene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue University as well as a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.  After a great deal of soul-searching, she circled back to her passion for studying behavior, and thus was introduced to this opportunity with Piece by Piece by two of her friends.  She wishes to return to Ball State University in the next two to four years and become a BCBA herself.  Charlene loves cats, reading, and keeping in touch with her closest friends.  She has been married for nearly 8 years with a young boy of her own who keeps her on her toes.

ReAnna is new to the field of ABA and recently became an RBT. She graduated from Lebanon High School in 2012 and then graduated from Indiana University Purdue University in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. ReAnna has always loved and wanted to work with children so when she saw that Meghann was opening Piece by Piece in Lebanon she knew it was what she wanted to do. She has a two year old pit-lab, Callie and enjoys bowling and spending time with her family in her spare time. ReAnna is excited to see the opportunities Piece by Piece will provide the community of Lebanon.

Taylor is an RBT. She has been in ABA for nearly four years. She enjoys the fast pace environment and seeing the life changing progress that her clients make. She has a degree in Early Education and plans to attend the Ball State University in the summer of 2020 for her masters in behavioral analysis. For fun, Taylor loves traveling with her husband and children. She also enjoys coaching soccer for her chuch’s Youth Soccer program, baking, reading and crafting. She and her family are self proclaimed Disney fanatics and the visit as often as possible.

Heather is new to ABA but has 2 years of similar training under her belt. She grew up in Michigan and moved to Indiana about 7 years ago. Heather is married with 3 kids, ages 11, 10 and 6. She stays pretty busy with all 3 children in sports throughout the year. Aside from being a cheer coach her hobbies include drawing and redesigning her home. She is thrilled to be a part of our family here at Piece by Piece and to be able to put her patience and creativity to work helping our children.

I am currently a Registered Behavior Technician and have been working in ABA for 10 years.  I grew up in Avon and later attended the University of Indianapolis, graduating with degrees in both Sociology and Psychology.  A little over a year ago, I got married and moved to Lebanon with my wife Jordan.  We share our house with two dogs, Lucy and Stevie; a cat, Rizzo; and a leopard gecko, Dwight.  I enjoy walking my dogs, fishing, camping, kayaking, hiking, and anything sports related.  I am excited to be a part of Piece by Piece and work with children of the community in which I live.    -Eric T.

Brittany has been in the field of ABA 5 1/2 years. She has been a Registered behavior technician for 2 years. Brittany graduated from Ball State University in 2012 with her BSW. Brittany is married and lives on a farm with her husband. They have alpacas, horses, chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, and a donkey. Brittany enjoy tending to her animals, and garden, traveling when she can, reading, and hiking when she isn't at work.

Carley is a Registered Behavior Technician and has been in the field of ABA for a little under a year. Carley is a newly wed with her little family of two dogs and a cat along with her new husband. Carley is currently working towards her Bachelors in ABA through Purdue Global. Carley has lived in Thorntown for about two years and looks forward to working with children closer to home.

Nicole has been in the behavioral health field for over two years and has been a registered behavior technician for nearly half of this time. Nicole grew up in Odon, Indiana and graduated from North Daviess High School in 2013. Nicole went on to IUPUI and obtained her bachelors degree in Sociology. Nicole and new husband, Matt, currently live in Crawfordsville, Indiana where they enjoy being outdoors hiking or visiting the lake. Nicole also enjoys trying new classes at the parks and recreation center in Crawfordsville.

Savannah and her boyfriend have a daughter, Rowan 6 months, and his son, Tatum 4 years old. She loves to be home and play with her baby girl. Savannah has been doing ABA going on 3 years now. She love spending time with the kiddos and watching them make leaps and bounds of progress. Her favorite food is mashed potatoes. Savannah’s favorite animals are cats and raccoons. She could talk about Christmas all day long. October- December is her absolute most favorite times of the year. She love to cook but can’t bake to save her life. Savannah is from Zionsville- lived there for over 10 years. Savannah’s favorite places to vacation are Manhattan and Turks and Caicos. Spiders terrify her and anytime she sees one she cannot stay in the vicinity.

Kirsten has always lived in Terre Haute, up until recently when she moved to Roachdale. She has always had a heart for behavioral health as her younger brother was diagnosed with ASD. She has been in the field of ABA a little over a year and has prior experience working with individuals with disabilities and in-patient care. Kirsten spends her free time cooking, spending time with family, and helping others in need.

Shayna has been in the field of ABA for 2 years. She has been a Registered behavior technician for a half year. Shayna graduated from Belmont University in 2016 with a BS in Audio engineering. Shayna is married and has two dachshunds, Blue and Yaya. Shayna enjoys traveling with her wife, doing anything musical, hiking, and playing with her dogs.

Morgan has been in ABA for two and a half years. She graduated from Northwestern High School and attended Indiana University of Kokomo for her Bachelor’s degree. Morgan is currently living in Kokomo. In Morgan’s spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, dogs, and friends. Morgan also has her own small business she does on the size. Morgan is excited to be a part of Piece By Piece in Frankfort.

Brittany grew up east of Indianapolis in Greenwood, Indiana. She attended IUPUI and received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University. Her work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities started in 2004 being a respite provider and working in group homes. Brittany has been working in the field of ABA for 4 1/2 years. Brittany has two beautiful nieces and one nephew on the way. She also has a loving chihuahua. Brittany cannot envision a future where she is not impacting this amazing population she fell in love with.

Shannon has spent 12 plus years teaching in the preschool setting. She began working in the ABA field in 2018 and has loved every minute of it. She obtained her associates degree from the University of Kentucky and is currently enrolled in Purdue Global psychology/ABA program. Shannon is originally from Bardstown Kentucky and moved to Zionsville 3 years ago with her husband and two boys. She enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors. She is very excited to become part of the Piece by Piece team!

Lexi has been working in the ABA field for 2.5 years, and grew up in Lafayette, IN. She is excited to bring services to a small town like Frankfort. She has two sons and enjoys spending off time with them. They enjoy going to car shows and the race track in the Summer!

Cheyanne has been in the field of ABA for a little over two years. She graduated in 2017 with a BS from Indiana University of Kokomo. One day a friend convinced her to apply for a therapists position and she has not once looked back. She is a RBT that has experience in clinic, schools, the community, and in home. ABA and what it does for kiddos and their families holds a special place in her heart. For she has learned many life lessons since being in the field. Being able to be a part of something so impactful in her own community is exciting for her. She plans to go back to school for a MS in Applied Behavior Analysis in the near future.



When Cheyanne is not at work she is most likely hanging out with her fiancé, Cody, and soon to be stepson, Keaton. They stay pretty busy with extra circular sports, wrestling being one of their favorites. Spending time with family and friends is what makes her happiest. Music, good conversation, and hula hooping are her outlets. She is pumped to provide services with Piece By Piece!

Tiana Carr graduated from IvyTech in 2015 with an AAS in healthcare support. She’s been a phlebotomist for the last four years, and has decided to change her career choice to ABA. She is a mom to three teenage girls, and been a wife for 20 years. And fur mom to several indoor and outdoor pets. She enjoys running, occasionally knitting and just being with her family.

I have been an RBT for almost 2 years now. I have lived in Lebanon, IN for the last 4 years. I love the community in Lebanon. I grew up in a small town in Illinois and moved to indiana in 2015. I’m currently working on finishing my bachelor’s degree through WGU in educational services so I can get my master’s in ABA. Outside of work and school, you can find me playing video games, doing puzzles, coloring, or walking the trail around Memorial Park.

I have been in the ABA field for almost a year now and love working with the kids. I graduate from IUPUI in May with a Bachelors in Health Sciences and a minor in Health Psychology. I have one dog named Kane, and he is the sweetest boy. I plan on adopting more dogs in the future once I get a bigger yard. I currently live in Pittsboro, and in my free time I enjoy going on hikes and reading.

Raven Has been in ABA for just over a year and has been an RBT for most of that time. She graduated from Monrovia High school and continued her education at Holy Cross College where she also played basketball. Upon completion she received degrees in psychology and business. She is currently attending Ball State University for ABA and will graduate in May of 2021. After that she plans to become a BCBA. She currently resides in Danville, IN. She enjoys playing sports of all kinds, attending sporting events, concerts, reading and cooking in her spare time.

Mariah is new to ABA and is excited to work with an amazing team while changing the lives and watching these intelligent kids grow. Mariah has 3 sweet boys, ages 12,3 and 1 who she loves spending her time with and definitely keep her busy. Mariah loves helping people and has worked in the healthcare field as a CNA/QMA for 10 years. In her spare time she loves spending time with family, watching sporting events especially football and hockey, and being outside in the summer. She can’t wait to see where this opportunity at Piece by Piece takes her and one day extend her education in ABA.

Hello! I'm Brie I live in Westfield Indiana. I have worked with kids for as long as I can remember. In school I was a member of the Best Buddy club, my experience with working with kids on the spectrum started there. I'm very passionate about helping, teaching, and advocating for others. I was in school studying social work, and my fiance's step mom told me about ABA. I decided to apply for a position and the rest is history! I worked for my RBT credential and have worked in ABA for about 3 years. I am currently in the undergraduate program at Ball State for ABA. My favorite parts about my job are the positive changes we are making in our clients life, but in their families lives as well! I am so honored and excited to be apart of the Piece by Piece team!

Myria is new to the field of ABA. Myria previously ran an in home daycare for many years and she has probably spent more time in her life spending time with kids than she has without. Myria cannot imagine a more rewarding career than working with, and helping kids. She is excited to see where this new career in ABA takes her. Myria has a husband and one son who she adores more than anything. In her spare time Myria enjoys reading, Harry Potter is her favorite. She also enjoys baking, cupcakes especially and singing.

Taylor grew up in Burnettsville and graduated from Twin Lakes High School in 2014. Taylor is new to the ABA field as she just became an RBT in January, but she has a lifetime of experience with ASD because of her 2 younger brothers. Taylor and her fiancé Jacob have 2 daughters and 1 son that keep them more than busy. They’re also welcoming their 2nd boy in May! She is excited to see where this company will take her in the future.

My name is Taylor Abbott. I am 22 years old. I have a two year old daughter named Aislee. I enjoy reading and crafting with Aislee.
