Meghann Mitchell

Founder, BCBA

Meghann is an Indiana native and a true Boilermaker at heart. She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia on a gymnastics scholarship and received a degree in Business-Administration. She got her start in ABA through a friend that told her to apply for a therapist position, due to her love for kids and her experience from being a para-professional at Klondike Elementary in West Lafayette, Indiana. Meghann received her master’s degree from Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis. Meghann has been in the field of ABA since 2013, working in a variety of clinics throughout Indiana. She also consults for companies doing in home and community therapy sessions and supervision of therapists in a variety of states such as Michigan, Oregon, Florida, and Ohio. Meghann has state licenses to practice behavior analysis in Oregon and in Ohio, as there is a shortage of Behavior Analysts and loves the many aspects of being a behavior analyst.

Meghann is excited to bring services to Lebanon, IN through Piece by Piece Autism Center. It has been a dream in the making to open up the clinic and provide services to children in need. She hopes to expand and offer occupational therapies, speech therapies, and physical therapies in the future. Meghann is married to Luke Mitchell and they love their dogs Mackey and Molly. Luke and Meghann live in Boone county, where they plan to expand their family in the years to come. Meghann loves sports and any good competition, loves to be with family and friends, and enjoys traveling to new and exciting places.


Lindsay Moore

Clinical Director, BCBA

Lindsay received her B.A. in Psychology from Hanover College in 2008 and her M.A. in Special Education with Certifications in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2012.  Lindsay got her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) in May 2013.  Her personal interest in the ABA field began when her nephew received an autism diagnosis and has since developed into a professional interest.  Lindsay has over a decade of experience in the ABA/VB field and has worked under the direct supervision of some of the leaders in the field.  She loves watching her client's progress and celebrating their achievements.  Lindsay resides in Westfield with her husband, three kids, and their dogs and cat.


Ashley Sipe


Ashley grew up in the Indianapolis area and attended Depauw University receiving  a degree in psychology. Upon graduation she wanted to combine her passion of psychology with her love of working with children and found out about Applied Behavior Analysis. Ashley has been working in the field since 2016 and has worked in multiple settings from clinics to school transitions. She received her Master’s Degree from Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Indiana. 


When she’s not working Ashley loves to spend her time traveling the world, baking, working out and reading. Ashley is thrilled to be a part of the community at Piece by Piece and excited to help provide a significant improvement in the lives of both the clients and their families ! 


Tia Jaenicke


Tia grew up in the small town of Bunker Hill. She relocated to Indianapolis after receiving her B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University. After working in the field of ABA as a Behavior Tech for four years she decided to go back to school to become a BCBA. She received her M.A from Ball State University and got her BCBA in August 2019.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has one son that keeps her busy! She also enjoys running, traveling, and hiking.


Meredith Labrie

BCBA / Behavior Management Consultant

Meredith Labrie has been a resident of Lebanon, Indiana since 2010. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History in 2002. Meredith graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism spectrum disorder in December of 2018. Meredith has been in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2013 and received her BCBA credential in February of 2020. She also works as a behavior consultant for Piece By Piece for the Indiana Medicaid Waiver in behavior management. Meredith is married to John Labrie and has three children. She decided to go into this field because of her son Jake, who has autism and is non-verbal. After years of conducting therapy with many different clients as a registered behavior technician, with varying skill levels, she has developed a passion for this field of study and the dissemination of applied behavior analysis as a data and research-based science.


Dustie Pier

Program Manager

Dustie is a Registered Behavior Technician and pet mom. She is originally from Culver, Indiana, and moved to Indianapolis to get her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University- Purdue University Indianapolis in 2018. Dustie has been in the ABA field since 2016 and is pursuing her Master’s in ABA from Ball State University. She has a beautiful German Shepherd named Bruce and a mischievous cat named Poe who both bring her much joy. In her spare time Dustie is an avid reader, a handy crafter, and loves creating things for herself as well as for family and friends. Dustie looks forward to progressing through her education, growing in the field, and ultimately helping as many kids and their families as possible.


Taylor Sergeant

Program Manager

Taylor is an RBT. She has been in ABA since 2014. She enjoys the fast pace environment and seeing the life changing progress that her clients make. She has a degree in Early Education and Business Management. She is attending Purdue Global for her masters in behavioral analysis. For fun, Taylor loves traveling with her husband and children. She also enjoys coaching soccer for her church’s Youth Soccer program, baking, reading and crafting. She and her family are self proclaimed Disney fanatics and they visit as often as possible. 


Kayla McWhirt

Office Manager / RBT

Kayla lives on the outskirts of Frankfort, IN and has been working in the ABA field for over three years. She attended Purdue University and obtained a Bachelors in Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences then attended Indiana University Kokomo for a Masters in Public Management and Health Administration. Kayla and her husband, Ross, welcomed their first daughter; Berklee in January of 2019. On the weekends her family enjoys camping, sporting events, and boating throughout the summer. Kayla enjoys cooking and photography in her spare time. She is excited to be joining Piece by Piece and bringing ABA services to her hometown!

Heather Hanson

Office Manager / RBT

Heather has been an RBT since 2019 and has 2 years of similar training under her belt. She grew up in Michigan and moved to Indiana in 2012. Heather is married with 4 kids, 2 girls and 2 boys. She stays pretty busy with 3 children in sports throughout the year. Aside from helping with softball and being a cheer coach her hobbies include drawing and redesigning her home. She loves our family here at Piece by Piece and that she is able to put her patience and creativity to work helping our children.

Angel Smith


Angel has been in the field of ABA since 2017 and became an Registered Behavior Technician in 2018. Angel graduated from Lebanon High School in 2009. She has a son named Wyatt and enjoys crafting, cleaning, riding ATV's, taking motorcycle rides, and horse back riding with her son and her family when she is not working. Angel is thrilled to work at Piece by Piece in her home town and serving the community she grew up in. Angel is excited to be a part of Piece by Piece and watch the growth of her clients. 


ReAnna Hahn


ReAnna has been in the field of ABA since 2019. She graduated from Lebanon High School in 2012 and then attended Indiana University Purdue University and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. ReAnna has always loved and wanted to work with children so when she saw that Meghann was opening Piece by Piece in Lebanon she knew it was what she wanted to do. She has a pit-lab, Callie, and enjoys bowling and spending time with her family in her spare time. ReAnna is excited to see the opportunities Piece by Piece will provide the community of Lebanon. 


Charlene Mirelez


Charlene got started in ABA at the suggestion of a family friend who understood her deep-rooted interest in psychology and behavior. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue University and currently attends Purdue University Global for her masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. After a great deal of soul-searching, she circled back to her passion for studying behavior, and thus was introduced to this opportunity with Piece by Piece by two of her friends. She is excited to take her knowledge from school and apply it at work in order to grow with the company. Charlene loves cats, reading, and keeping in touch with her closest friends. She has a young boy of her own who keeps her on her toes. 


Eric Templeton


I am currently a Registered Behavior Technician and have been working in ABA since 2009.  I grew up in Avon and later attended the University of Indianapolis, graduating with degrees in both Sociology and Psychology. In 2018 I got married and moved to Lebanon with my wife Jordan. We share our house with two dogs, Lucy and Stevie; a cat, Rizzo; and a leopard gecko, Dwight. I enjoy walking my dogs, fishing, camping, kayaking, hiking, and anything sports related. I am excited to be a part of Piece by Piece and work with children of the community in which I live.


Brittany Rantz


Brittany has been in the field of ABA 5 1/2 years. She has been a Registered behavior technician for 2 years. Brittany graduated from Ball State University in 2012 with her BSW. Brittany is married and lives on a farm with her husband. They have alpacas, horses, chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, and a donkey. Brittany enjoy tending to her animals, and garden, traveling when she can, reading, and hiking when she isn't at work.


Carley Foster


Carley is a Registered Behavior Technician and has been in the field of ABA since 2019. Carley and her husband have a little family of two dogs and a cat. She is currently working towards her Bachelors in ABA through Purdue Global. Carley has lived in Thorntown since 2017. She loves working with the kids in our community.

Nicole Marstall


Nicole became a registered behavior technician in 2017. She grew up in Odon, Indiana and graduated from North Davies High School in 2013. Nicole went on to IUPUI and obtained her bachelors degree in Sociology. Her and her Husband, Matt, currently live in Crawfordsville with their son and enjoy being outdoors hiking or swimming. Nicole plans to further her education by getting her masters in ABA through Ball State University.

Savannah Zwicker


Savannah and her boyfriend have a daughter, Rowan, and his son, Tatum. Savannah has been doing ABA since 2016. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family, be outside, go camping and enjoy nature! She loves spending time with the kiddos and watching them make leaps and bounds of progress. Savannah is from Zionsville, she lived there for over 10 years.

Kirsten Noll


Kirsten has always lived in Terre Haute, up until recently when she moved to Roachdale. She has always had a heart for behavioral health, as her younger brother was diagnosed with ASD. She has been in the field of ABA since 2018 and has prior experience working with individuals with disabilities and in-patient care. Kirsten spends her free time cooking, spending time with family, and helping others in need.


Shayna Graverson


Shayna has been in the field of ABA since 2017 and became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2019. She graduated from Belmont University in 2016 with a BS in Audio engineering. Shayna is married and has two dachshunds, Blue and Yaya. She enjoys traveling with her wife, doing anything musical, hiking, and playing with her dogs.


Morgan Rupert


Morgan has been in ABA for two and a half years. She graduated from Northwestern High School and attended Indiana University of Kokomo for her Bachelor’s degree. Morgan is currently living in Kokomo. In Morgan’s spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, dogs, and friends. Morgan also has her own small business she does on the size. Morgan is excited to be a part of Piece By Piece in Frankfort.

Brittany Crider


Brittany grew up east of Indianapolis in Greenfield, Indiana. She attended IUPUI and received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University. Her work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities started in 2004 being a respite provider and working in group homes. Brittany has been working in the field of ABA since 2015. Brittany has two beautiful nieces and one nephew. She also has a loving chihuahua. She starts at Ball State in the fall of 2020 to pursue her Master's degree. Brittany cannot envision a future where she is not impacting this amazing population she fell in love with. 


Shannon Askelson


Shannon has been teaching in the preschool setting since 2007. She began working in the ABA field in 2018 and has loved every minute of it. She obtained her associates degree from the University of Kentucky and is currently enrolled in Purdue Global psychology/ABA program. Shannon is originally from Bardstown Kentucky and moved to Zionsville in 2016 with her husband and two boys. She enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors. She is very excited to become part of the Piece by Piece team!



Lexi Moore 


Lexi has been working in the ABA field for 2.5 years, and grew up in Lafayette, IN. She is excited to bring services to a small town like Frankfort. She has two sons and enjoys spending off time with them. They enjoy going to car shows and the race track in the Summer!



Cheyanne Worland


Cheyanne has been in the field of ABA for a little over two years. She graduated in 2017 with a BS from Indiana University of Kokomo. One day a friend convinced her to apply for a therapists position and she has not once looked back. She is a RBT that has experience in clinic, schools, the community, and in home. ABA and what it does for kiddos and their families holds a special place in her heart. For she has learned many life lessons since being in the field. Being able to be a part of something so impactful in her own community is exciting for her. She plans to go back to school for a MS in Applied Behavior Analysis in the near future.



When Cheyanne is not at work she is most likely hanging out with her fiancé, Cody, and soon to be stepson, Keaton. They stay pretty busy with extra circular sports, wrestling being one of their favorites. Spending time with family and friends is what makes her happiest. Music, good conversation, and hula hooping are her outlets. She is pumped to provide services with Piece By Piece!



Tiana Carr


Tiana Carr graduated from IvyTech in 2015 with an AAS in healthcare support. She’s been a phlebotomist for the last four years, and has decided to change her career choice to ABA. She is a mom to three teenage girls, and been a wife for 20 years. And fur mom to several indoor and outdoor pets. She enjoys running, occasionally knitting and just being with her family.



Lizzy Stacey


Lizzy has been an RBT since 2018. She grew up in a small town in Illinois and moved to Indiana in 2015. She loves the community in Lebanon. Lizzy is currently working on finishing her bachelor’s degree through WGU in educational services so she can get her master’s in ABA. Outside of work and school you can find her playing video games, doing puzzles, coloring, or walking the trail around Memorial Park.

Taylor Truelove


I have been in the ABA field for almost a year now and love working with the kids. I graduate from IUPUI in May with a Bachelors in Health Sciences and a minor in Health Psychology. I have one dog named Kane, and he is the sweetest boy. I plan on adopting more dogs in the future once I get a bigger yard. I currently live in Pittsboro, and in my free time I enjoy going on hikes and reading. 



Raven Delph


Raven Has been in ABA for just over a year and has been an RBT for most of that time. She graduated from Monrovia High school and continued her education at Holy Cross College where she also played basketball. Upon completion she received degrees in psychology and business. She is currently attending Ball State University for ABA and will graduate in May of 2021. After that she plans to become a BCBA. She currently resides in Danville, IN. She enjoys playing sports of all kinds, attending sporting events, concerts, reading and cooking in her spare time.



Mariah Davidson


Mariah is new to ABA and is excited to work with an amazing team while changing the lives and watching these intelligent kids grow. Mariah has 3 sweet boys, ages 12,3 and 1 who she loves spending her time with and definitely keep her busy. Mariah loves helping people and has worked in the healthcare field as a CNA/QMA for 10 years. In her spare time she loves spending time with family, watching sporting events especially football and hockey, and being outside in the summer. She can’t wait to see where this opportunity at Piece by Piece takes her and one day extend her education in ABA. 



Brie Leppert


Hello! I'm Brie I live in Westfield Indiana. I have worked with kids for as long as I can remember. In school I was a member of the Best Buddy club, my experience with working with kids on the spectrum started there. I'm very passionate about helping, teaching, and advocating for others. I was in school studying social work, and my fiance's step mom told me about ABA. I decided to apply for a position and the rest is history! I worked for my RBT credential and have worked in ABA for about 3 years. I am currently in the undergraduate program at Ball State for ABA. My favorite parts about my job are the positive changes we are making in our clients life, but in their families lives as well! I am so honored and excited to be apart of the Piece by Piece team! 



Myria Norman


Myria is new to the field of ABA. Myria previously ran an in home daycare for many years and she has probably spent more time in her life spending time with kids than she has without. Myria cannot imagine a more rewarding career than working with, and helping kids. She is excited to see where this new career in ABA takes her. Myria has a husband and one son who she adores more than anything. In her spare time Myria enjoys reading, Harry Potter is her favorite. She also enjoys baking, cupcakes especially and singing.



Taylor Roberts


Taylor grew up in Burnettsville and graduated from Twin Lakes High School in 2014. Taylor is new to the ABA field as she just became an RBT in January, but she has a lifetime of experience with ASD because of her 2 younger brothers. Taylor and her fiancé Jacob have 2 daughters and 1 son that keep them more than busy. They’re also welcoming their 2nd boy in May! She is excited to see where this company will take her in the future.



Taylor Abbott


My name is Taylor Abbott. I am 22 years old. I have a two year old daughter named Aislee. I enjoy reading and crafting with Aislee. I am currently working on becoming a registered behavior technician. I am also currently a certified nurse aide. I love working with children and elders. I enjoy getting to know different people through conversation and activities.I hope to further my education in behavior analysis one day.

Katelyn Sale

ABA Therapist

Katelyn is new to the ABA field. She has been in child education since 2016. Katelyn was raised in Brownsburg, Indiana where she currently resides with her 2 sons. They share their home and love with their 3 dogs and an aquarium of fish. Katelyn loves to knit and to be outside taking walks or hiking with her family in her down time. She is excited to be apart of our Piece by Piece family where she can make an impact in our community.

Sarah Ege


Sarah became an RBT in 2020. She thrives off of teaching outside of the box using ABA methods. Sarah had been working with kids that are all over the spectrum with the "Boys and Girls Club of America" organization prior to joining our Piece by Piece family. She and her fiancé, Heather, have 4 children at home; Sarah's son, who she adopted, Heather's 2 sons and her daughter. Along with 2 cats, Sarah's house is full of love and laughter! Sarah desires nothing more than to study and learn more from education and the Piece by Piece family to continue growing in the ABA field.



Whitney Oberhoulser


Whitney has been in the ABA field for about a year now. She started out at Cornerstone and the came to Piece By Piece. She has worked in early childcare education prior to ABA and has an associates degree in ECE. She has a daughter, her one and only. She loves spending time with her and spending time with her family. 



Tiffany Manning


Tiffany is 31 years old and recently moved to Frankfort from Indianapolis. She has three kids Aleks (12), Luna (10) and TJ (10). She enjoys playing sports and being active. She is a registered behavioral therapist and mental health advocate. She plans to continue her education in behavioral health field and be an asset in the community.

Jenna Burkhard


Jenna has been in the ABA field since 2016. She recently graduated from Purdue Global with a bachelors degree of Psychology in ABA. She is very passionate in applied behavior analysis and loves to watch her clients succeed over the time spent working one on one. Since getting into the field Jenna has wanted to pursue her dream of one day becoming a BCBA. She will start her masters in ABA at Purdue Global in the fall of 2020. In her free time Jenna enjoys going to her lake house house in Kentucky where she rides four-wheelers, golf carts, jetski's and takes boat rides. She is an avid animal lover and loves to take her pet tortoise on walks when it's nice outside. She is dedicated to helping families at piece by piece and looks forward to continuethrough the field and her education goals.



Shyan Gibson


Shyan is from Crawfordsville. She is engaged to her fiancé Dylon and has a dog named Paisley! When Shyan isn’t at work she enjoys traveling to small towns, drive in movies, and thrift shopping! She always tries to bring joy to others, and can make anyone laugh! She is very open minded and adventurous! Shyan is also musically inclined and plays the acoustic guitar as a hobby.
Shyan is a licensed cosmetologist, but recently decided to pursue her interests in ABA after volunteering in her community and realizing she wanted to work in social sciences. She has a passion for anyone with special needs and enjoys watching them learn and grow, especially when she is the one initiating it! Her plans to continue her education in ABA therapy will come in time, but for now she’s excited for the opportunity to work with at Piece by Piece and feels her cup is overflowing. 



Kendra Schimmel


Kendra is new to the field of ABA, and is excited for future in the field. She has a loving husband named Slayd with two beautiful kiddos Maverick and Everleigh. They have two great danes and a pit bull mix. Outside of work they are on the wrestling mats or baseball fields!



Maddie Carr


This has been Maddie's first year at an RBT. She graduated from Benton Central High School and planned to attended Ivy Tech to become a Radiology Technician. That all changed when a family member told her how much she would enjoy this field! Maddie took a chance, put in her application, and has loved it ever since! Maddie is living in Frankfort with her husband Mason, along with their three dogs, two cats, and gecko. In Maddie’s spare time, she loves to fish, travel, and spend time with family. Maddie has loved working with all people but especially kids. She previously worked as a carhop for 4 years and is a trained lifeguard. Maddie is excited to start a new chapter in her life and be a part of Piece By Piece in Frankfort! 


Chelsea Puckett


I'm from the small town of Lawrenceburg, IN. I graduated from Purdue University in 2014 and decided to stay in Lafayette when I got my first job as an ABA therapist there! After four years working as a registered behavior technician, I decided to go back to school and earn my master's in ABA. I'll graduate in September, 2020. I love working in this field, especially watching my clients' progresses and successes and getting to share in those moments with them. 


I'm a married mom of two young boys who keep me very busy! In my (very spare and limited) free time, I enjoy writing, reading, and playing story games.
