We found some of the smartest, most hard-working, and empathetic people around to lead our teams of equally smart, hard-working, and empathetic staff at each clinic. Owners

MEGHANN MITCHELL
Meghann Mitchell is the founder of the Lebanon and Frankfort clinics, is a partner in the larger Piece by Piece organization, and is part of the Board of Directors. She provides high-level clinical support to the leadership team and guides the growth of the company. Meg decided to open Piece by Piece in February 2019 after many years of working at ABA facilities in the state, consulting across states for other providers in the country, and learning the business throughout the years.
In her spare time, Meg enjoys spending time and traveling with her daughter, Rosie, son, Henry, and her husband, Luke. Meg is very close to her family, spending time with her mom and sister and extended family and friends. She enjoys working out, spending time in nature, eating at fun, new restaurants, and reading a good book. Meg also enjoys water sports, finding new parks to spend time with her kids, and cooking/finding new recipes. Meg is involved at Traders Point Christian Church in Zionsville, where her family attends services and her children attend school.
Meg is originally from West Lafayette, IN, and graduated from Harrison High School. She went to the University of Missouri-Columbia on an athletic scholarship for gymnastics and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She graduated from Ball State with a Masters degree in ABA in 2015 and has been a BCBA since 2016. Meg says, “Piece by Piece has been a dream come true for me and it has been a joy to watch it grow to what it is today over the last five years. The Piece by Piece team is the best in the country!”
SETH PARKER
Seth Parker is a partner at Piece by Piece. He provides support at all levels but specializes in credentialing, billing, budgets, and is part of the Board of Directors. He is also a Registered Investment Advisor for Banker Investment Group, a partner at PPMG, and a partner at BigTen Rentals. He loves to spend time with his five children, Maddy, Ben, Scarlett, Charlee, and Trace. He also likes to hike, fish, be outside, and spend time with the kids at the lake.
Seth is currently growing and working on his bushcraft skills, as he plans to someday move off the grid with his wife and live off the land once the kids are grown. He leads a men's bible study group that meets weekly and occasionally plays golf. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business accounting, finance, and legal studies from Indiana University, a Master of Arts degree in Accounting from Indiana University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in finance from Purdue University. He holds CBC and AIF certifications and is also licensed in Series 6, series 65, and Life and Health.


STEVE KYBURZ
Steve Kyburz is a partner at Piece by Piece. At Piece by Piece, he specializes in real estate acquisition and financial planning and is part of the Board of Directors. Steve has worked in the pension industry since 1988, now focusing on advanced retirement plan design and administration.
Steve graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Financial Planning. Steve holds the QPA (Qualified Plan Administrator) and QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) designations through ASPPA (American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries) and is a member of NAACI (National Association of Actuaries & Consultants, Inc.), an exclusive 35 member group consisting of pension TPA business owners and ERISA attorneys.
SCOT RAUB
Scot Raub is a partner at Piece by Piece and part of the Board of Directors. Scot supervises our maintenance team and supports the billing team. He has worked in corporate jobs over his career, but later started his own roofing/construction business, SJR Construction.
He met his wife, Mary, who taught Kindergarten at Klondike Elementary for 26 years, while attending Purdue. They have two daughters, Meghann and Maribeth. Scot is an avid Purdue fan and can be found at most football and basketball games each year. He also enjoys boating, spending time with his three grandkids and family, deep sea fishing, and attending Colts games. He loves Sanibel Island, a good grouper sandwich. and cheering on his beloved Boilermakers. Scot has a Bachelor of Science in Aviation and Supervision and a Masters in Business Administration from Purdue University.

Administration

ALEXA MUNGAI
Alexa Mungai is the Director of Human Resources for all Piece by Piece locations. She leads our human resources, social media and marketing, and clinic office and operations teams. She focuses on improving internal processes and procedures, oversees hiring, onboarding, training, compensation, performance management, culture, benefits, and other “people functions” in line with company objectives while ensuring compliance with government and industry labor regulations.
Prior to Piece by Piece, Alexa worked on the clinical side of the ABA world as Assistant Director of Behavior Services and Director of Student Supervision at another autism center. She has also provided clinical consultation and supervision in schools, training and consultation with community partners, and organized large group parent training events for children with ASD.
Outside of work, Alexa likes to read, travel, and hang out at home with her husband and cat. She can often be found at concerts during the summer months as she is passionate about live music. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education from Purdue University and a Master of Arts degree in applied behavior analysis from Ball State University. Alexa has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2016 and a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional since 2023.
LINDSAY MOORE
Lindsay Moore is the Regional Director of ABA Services at Piece by Piece Autism Centers. She oversees the clinical operations at all seven locations, working collaboratively with the Clinical Directors and BCBAs providing client oversight. She received her undergraduate degree from Hanover College, where she majored in psychology with a sociology minor.
Lindsay started in ABA in 2008 and fell in love with the field, so she decided to make her passion her profession and enrolled in graduate school. She graduated with her Master's Degree from Ball State University in 2012, majoring in Special Education and receiving certificates in ABA and Autism, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013. She is also a Licensed Behavior Analyst through the state of Ohio. Lindsay started with Piece by Piece in 2019 helping open the Frankfort clinic as their first Clinical Director before moving into the Regional Director role in August 2021.
Throughout her professional career, she has had the privilege to work with and learn from some key leaders in the field. She has experience working with clients of all ages and servicing them across multiple environments, including clinic based settings, clients’ homes, and schools. She has personal experience with family members on the spectrum, which further fuels her desire to serve this population. She loves seeing staff grow their skillset and the progress our clients make over time! During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, going for walks, watching movies, and watching/attending sporting events.


JIMMY MITCHELL
Jimmy is our VP of Marketing and Digital Media. He focuses on promoting the brand and ensuring Piece by Piece is represented in the best light across our website, social media, ads, photos and videos. He also provides a smidge of tech support throughout our clinics.
Prior to Piece by Piece, Jimmy worked in consulting as a Marketing Coordinator as well as freelancing graphic design and videography on the side. He's passionate about all things pop culture, art, and technology, often mixing the three in his work.
Outside of work, Jimmy likes to play video games, watch all the shows and movies that ever existed, and be a homebody with his wife, two kids, two dogs, a gecko, and corn snake. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications with a focus in Video Production from Ball State University as well as a Minor in Marketing.
