FRANKFORT TEAM

Kayla McWhirt, MA, BCBA, is the clinical director of the Frankfort location. She has also served as a clinical director of the Lebanon location. Her overall goals are to provide thorough, individualized training for the Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians she supervises and to ensure all clients receive high quality therapy services. She is also commmited to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment throughout the clinic for staff and clients alike. Prior to her clinical director roles, she gained experience across the company working in multiple positions within the company including office manger, clinical support specialist, and behavior analyst. 

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and three children such as camping, boating, and gardening. She has a Bachelors of Science in Speech Hearing and Language Sciences from Purdue University, a Masters in Public Management and Health Administration from Indiana University and a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.
