Brittany Ooms is the current Clinical Director where she leads the team of over 40 staff to support the over 30 clients who receive services at Piece by Piece in Lafayette. She works closely with her team of BCBAs and office staff to ensure high quality ABA Therapy for all clients. Brittany worked as a BCBA at Piece by Piece for 1 year before moving up to the Clinical Director role in 2023. She spent 4 years in Michigan as a BCBA working both in the clinic and home settings, but started in the field at LittleStar as a Registered Behavior Technician.

 

In between times of wrangling her energetic toddler, Brittany enjoys making various sewing projects from quilted blankets to pillow cases to custom bags. She has played violin for over 20 years and enjoys making music on her violin and guitar. Brittany earned her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Education from Bowling Green State University then went on to earn her Master’s of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University.
